- Manage time efficiently
- Prioritize assignments depending on their due date
- Study material on a daily basis by using class notes and assignments
- Effectively use a study guide to study for quizzes and tests
- Identify areas of confusion and ask questions or use a resource (such as a textbook) to clear-up confusions
- Effectively communicate with teachers about assignments that are coming due or are past due
